Since the day that the human race fell from grace in the Garden of Eden where man enjoyed total freedom, several things have enslaved people in life, including poverty. Poverty is one of the most dangerous enemies to man. It has done more harm than good. The damage poverty has caused humanity has been downplayed because as a people, we have not done much studies to find out how poverty has impacted life negatively.
If there is anything we should fear so much as death, I will say it is poverty. Poverty has cut short many lives because they could not afford proper medication and health care. Again, poverty has created beggars out of people who were destined to be kings, presidents, lawyers, ministers of state, parliamentarians, doctors, owners of business empires, bank managers, diplomats, professors, inventors, major scientists, etc.
Poverty has turned many good and responsible individuals into armed robbers, prostitutes, drug addicts, drunkards, and pushed others into other social vices.
With poverty people get hungry and you have no idea what people can do when they are hungry. If you meet Esau in the bible ask him. Hunger has brought great nations to their knees. Most of the demonstrations we see across the world are driven by hunger.
Poverty has also destroyed global transformational dreams, visions, and missions. You meet certain people in life and you are convinced beyond doubt that they are men and women of honour; but sadly, poverty has denied them their rightful place in life. Poverty has no respect for any person, personality, status, title or qualification.
The real deal now is how do you fight and overcome poverty? Just as with the appearance of light darkness disappears, whenever riches and money show up poverty disappears. You can never fight poverty with poverty; there are no two ways about it. You need money to fight poverty.
In view of this, you need money to secure your financial freedom from the chains of poverty.
In the war against poverty, money is one of the powerful weapons that can be applied to defeat poverty at all levels; be it individual, family, organizational, national, continental, international, or generational.
Again, you need knowledge, wisdom, understanding, and the truth to fight poverty. It does not matter your career choice in life; if you truly want to live to realize your full potential and experience satisfaction, finding your financial freedom is very critical.
Note that what is called freedom is actually not for free. Your financial freedom will not be delivered to you on a silver platter. You have to be determined, persevered, and fight for your freedom. Endeavour to work hard and smart and not even the sky shall be your limit.
